Dear Presidents, VPEs and all Leaders,

Have you ever tried to tell someone how great Toastmasters is?

If not, it is the best time for you to tell them about the "Toastmasters Awareness Month" (TAM), which we will together promote Toastmasters to the general public in September distributing flyers nationwide.

This is a rare opportunity for you to recruit new members for your Club.

As a pioneer of this special campaign, I and my District 80 Public Relations Team in co-operation with LGM Dr. Veerapan Chanyasak ACB/CL are organizing a Toastmasters Awareness Month (TAM) Exhibition providing a Free Workshop/Demo Meeting with complimentary Coffee Break for all Toastmasters and Prospects at U Chu Liang Building , 9 Floor, Rama 4 Road, Silom, Bangrak Bangkok on Saturday, 25th September 2010 - Registration Time: 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. / Meeting Time: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

How to achieve this gigantic Mission ?

Manpower in need: 60 toastmasters (within 17th August 2010)
Distribution Team Dress Code: (Free) newly-designed T-Shirt
Number of flyers: 10,000 copies for 30 spots in the vicinity of Bangkok
Method of Distribution: flyers and effective verbal communication skills
Distribution Day/s: Saturdays / Sundays
Expectation: 200-300 participants for the event
